Terms of Service

You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and use the service lawfully. You may not attempt to disrupt the service, access another person's data, reverse engineer protected systems, or use DAVE: Daily Adaptive Vitality Engine to violate another party's rights.

You choose whether to connect services such as Google Calendar, WHOOP, or Strava. Your use of each connected service remains subject to that provider's terms. You may disconnect a service at any time, although previously created DAVE records may remain subject to our Privacy Policy.

DAVE: Daily Adaptive Vitality Engine uses artificial intelligence and deterministic software to produce coaching guidance. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You remain responsible for evaluating guidance and deciding whether to act on it.

DAVE: Daily Adaptive Vitality Engine is not a medical device, and its coaching guidance is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified clinician before changing activity based on a medical condition, and stop exercising and seek appropriate care if you experience warning signs or an emergency.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may revise these terms. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after an effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

DAVE: Daily Adaptive Vitality Engine and its software, branding, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain rights in information you provide. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security risk, nonpayment, or legal requirements.

The service is provided on an as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. DAVE: Daily Adaptive Vitality Engine disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages to the extent permitted by law.
